How can you book a project space?
  • Go to the topdesk page.
  • Enter the date and time you want to book a room.
  • Find an available room and press the plus icon to book it.
  • Press "Next" in the top right corner.
  • Enter a brief description and the number of participants.
  • Confirm your reservation by pressing the blue button.
  • Your reservation is now confirmed, you will receive an email with confirmation.
How can you scan a document and send it to your laptop at HZ?
  • Make sure you have sufficient balance on your HZ card.
  • Tap your HZ pass on the scanner next to the printer.
  • Select "Scanning" from the menu.
  • Place your document on the feeder tray or glass plate.
  • Choose "Send to Me".
  • Confirm by pressing "Yes".
  • Press the "Start" button to begin scanning.
  • Once scanning is complete, press "Start Sending".
  • Press "Stop" on the TouchID screen.
  • Logout to finish.
How can you print a document from your laptop at HZ?
  • Go to hz.mynetpay.nl.
  • Click "Choose File" and upload your document(s).
  • Use "Advanced Options" to select double-sided or black & white printing.
  • Select either "HZ Printer" or "HZ Plotter".
  • Go to the printer and tap your HZ pass on the TouchID scanner.
  • Select "Print" and choose the printer you sent your job to.
  • Ensure your account has enough credit to complete the print job.
  • Press "Stop" and then "Logout" when finished.
How can I buy something on the HZ web shop?
  • Visit the HZ Webshop.
  • Browse and select the item you want.
  • Click "Place Order".
  • Go to your shopping cart to review your items.
  • Click "Checkout" to complete the purchase.
What are the instructions if you want to park your car at the HZ parking lot?
  • Go to parking garage Kousteensedijk, get a ticket and park your car like you normally would.
  • When you want to leave, go to the front desk of the JRCZ building and ask for a check out ticket.
  • Upon entering the parking garage, put your check out ticket in the machine, then enter your regular ticket.
  • The remaining amount will now be 0.00, you can now leave the parking garage.
